Brenham Family Dental at 2001 South Market Street, Brenham, Texas.

My husband is here right now getting a new set of braces put on. After sitting here after 35min. The two Dental Assistants & the Doctor have not once introduced themselves or let either me or my husband know there names. Or even asked us how are we doing, etc. We will continue to come to this establishment I just wish there customer service was up to par. I would hate to say that this is a race issue or even bring race into this but something needs to change. The front desk staff are GREAT! Very nice and welcoming! But the male Asian doctor I'm unaware of his name (as stated before) needs to work on his customer service skills and how to be more personable with his clients.
